My Story
Hi there! I am a mother of two adult children, and I live with my husband of 25 years in Los Angeles. I've been a part of Parenting Groups for the last 20 years and I believe these groups and friendships have helped make me the mom, wife, and woman I am today, and for that, I am profoundly grateful.
As a Paraprofessional Counselor working with non-profit programs, I am trained to listen with an empathetic ear and to discover the unique value in each person’s journey. I believe an essential key to living a meaningful, quality life is to recognize that every individual is unique. Each of us has an extraordinary story to share, with inalienable rights to be seen, heard, understood, and believed.

As a Group Leader I encourage my group members wholeheartedly. I lead Parenting groups, Career transition groups, and Support groups. I believe in creating a safe, inclusive environment where members feel empowered and respected. I am committed to supporting members with resources and tools, as well as maintaining the connection and confidentiality of the group.

As a Grief Group Counselor for teens in schools, I possess meaningful tools and coping skills to guide students through their grief. Our group holds space for peers to grieve while honoring the memory of their loved ones.
As a Casting Director for over 20 years, my experiences have been captivating, introducing me to a myriad of charismatic characters. I recognized the instant impact, and clarity cultivated as we established a genuine connection. I developed a keen intuition, enabling me to support and guide creative individuals to design their unique blueprint for success. By empowering artists to find their own voice, and providing a safe space for exploration, individuals embraced their new mindset.
