My Story
Hi there! I am a mother of two adult children, and I live with my husband of 27 years in Los Angeles. I'm from a close-knit family, proudly born and raised in the Midwest. Parenting Groups and leading discussions and workshops have been part of my life for the past 25 years. I believe these groups and friendships have helped make me the mom, wife, and woman I am today, and for that, I am profoundly grateful. My mission is to give every individual the space and the grace to explore "What's Next" with intention, purpose and meaningful connection.
As a Group Leader and Parent Educator, I encourage my group members wholeheartedly. I lead Next Chapter Groups for Parents and Professionals, helping navigate the nonstop transitional times in life. I believe in creating a safe, inclusive environment where members feel empowered and respected. I am committed to supporting each person with resources and tools, as well as maintaining the connection and confidentiality of the group.
As a Certified Coach, I am trained to listen with an empathetic ear and to discover the unique value in each person’s journey. I believe each of us has an extraordinary story to share, with inalienable rights to be seen, heard, understood, and believed.
As a Casting Director for over 20 years, I am grateful for my experiences, that introduced me to a myriad of charismatic characters. I recognized the instant impact, and clarity cultivated, established with genuine connection. I developed a keen intuition, which enabled me to support and guide creative individuals to design a unique blueprint for success. By empowering artists to find their own voice, and providing a safe space for exploration, I invited individuals to embrace their new mindset.
