This opportunity includes: Group gatherings on a monthly basis enabling support and accountability to attain your goals.

Refocus and recharge your life while connecting with other motivated individuals. We will create action plans for your Next Chapter while the group keeps you accountable and supports you in staying on track.
Parenting Groups
This opportunity includes: Eight group gatherings on a monthly basis during the school year from September to May.

As parents the goal of raising functional and self-reliant individuals is a priority…But HOW ? This group will help support and guide you.
​
We will meet once a month, with a hybrid of in-person & zoom gatherings, as we continue being present for ourselves and our families. We all have a shared desire to be intentional parents and to be creative & collaborative in how we design our households. Each meeting will bring new lessons as the group shares stories from the roller coaster ride of raising children.

The group’s foundation is one of open dialogue and clear communication. It is with acceptance and confidentiality that I create a space for exploration and lifelong learning. I believe in combining gentle guidance with shared experiences in order to develop a safe circle. My goal as your leader will always be to make your family’s needs a priority, infusing genuine camaraderie with professional support. Our Parenting Groups will give you the tools to not only survive, but to thrive inside and outside of your households.

Available Virtually or In-person, working together as Partners to create a clear road map for success. Take this opportunity to be intentional and refocus on YOU. Together, we will discuss resources and come up with a plan as your coach holds you accountable in Designing Your Next Chapter.

This opportunity includes: An initial discovery call, an ELI assessment, and a debrief discussion session aimed at shaping your next career steps.

The ELI is not a typical personality assessment; it delves into your energy levels and attitudes, shedding light on seven levels of energetic leadership. You will receive a tailored interpretation of your ELI assessment results to aid in leveraging insights for professional and personal growth.
